1. Controller

The controller for data processing is the entity named in the imprint.

2. Processing

We process personal data as far as required for the conclusion and fulfilment of orders and for maintaining your customer account (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).

3. Disclosure

Data is only passed on to shipping and payment service providers as far as necessary for fulfilment.

4. Retention

Personal data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention duties apply.

5. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
